During June 2026, contributed to the intercom/Intercom-OpenAPI repository by designing and delivering a new Office Hours API, enabling CRUD operations for schedules and exceptions within workspace management. Leveraged OpenAPI Specification and YAML to define endpoints and schemas, securing access with OAuth scopes. Authored and integrated public documentation into the monolith docs, ensuring clear guidance for users. Later in the month, executed a controlled rollback of the Office Hours API endpoints to maintain platform stability and align with roadmap priorities. This work provided practical experience in end-to-end API delivery, governance, and rollback processes, informing future iterations of workspace-related APIs.
