Developed a Material 3-themed SignedInConfirmationScreen UI for Wear OS within the google/horologist repository, focusing on enhancing the user sign-in experience by displaying user name, email, and avatar with improved styling and layout. The work involved deprecating the legacy sign-in dialog to ensure consistency with Material 3 design principles and optimizing the interface for Wear OS devices. Leveraged Jetpack Compose and Kotlin to implement the new component, while comprehensive automated screenshot tests were added to maintain visual consistency across devices. This approach reduced manual QA effort and ensured a branding-consistent, reliable user experience for sign-in confirmation on wearable platforms.
