During April 2026, contributed to the intercom/Intercom-OpenAPI repository by developing a new Content Snippet Deletion API, introducing a DELETE endpoint that allows removal of content snippets by ID. This feature was implemented using YAML and aligned with the OpenAPI Specification, ensuring robust handling of both successful and error scenarios. The API returns clear HTTP responses, such as 204 for successful deletions, 404 for missing resources, and 422 when dependencies prevent deletion, supporting safer content lifecycle management.
