Worked on the intercom/Intercom-OpenAPI repository to deliver a new sales agent schema for enhanced conversation tracking and analytics. Focused on API development and schema design, the work involved introducing a sales_agent object to conversation and conversation_list_item entities, enabling detailed outcome and participation indicators. The schema was streamlined by removing unnecessary fields and refining naming conventions, while collected_data was restructured as an object with flexible properties to support extensible data collection. All changes were implemented in YAML, emphasizing backend development best practices and maintainable data models. The update aimed to improve integration and data handling for conversation management workflows.
