Worked on the zendesk/copenhagen_theme repository to deliver API Origination Type Support and Display for Approval Requests, enhancing visibility and localization of API-originated approvals. Utilized React and TypeScript to integrate a new API_ORIGINATION constant, ensuring consistent labeling across both list and details views. Centralized sender label logic by refactoring common API origination code into a dedicated helper, which improved maintainability and reduced duplication. Added multilingual support by implementing translations for API origination, and wrote tests in JavaScript to validate correct display in the details view. This work increased traceability of approvals and established a foundation for consistent sender labeling platform-wide.
