Worked on the pega-helm-charts repository to deliver GenAI on-premise deployment and LLM provider integration, enabling direct connections to multiple language model providers and supporting custom OpenAI-compatible models. The engineering approach involved enhancing Autopilot authentication within the on-prem GenAI flow, streamlining deployment processes, and cleaning up configuration files for improved maintainability. Addressed a linting error in the Chart YAML to increase CI reliability and updated documentation to clearly outline new deployment capabilities and authentication steps. Utilized skills in AI integration, Helm, and Kubernetes, with changes implemented primarily in YAML and Markdown to support robust, flexible on-premise GenAI deployments.
