Worked on stabilizing the intercom/intercom-react-native repository by focusing on reliability improvements rather than feature development. Addressed a persistent issue with failing test assertions and potential dependency conflicts by upgrading the Android SDK from version 17.0.0 to 17.0.3. To further enhance CI/CD pipeline stability, temporarily disabled Maestro end-to-end tests while investigating their flaky behavior. This approach reduced false negatives in automated test runs and improved build reliability, accelerating feedback for future releases. Utilized Gradle and YAML to manage SDK integration and CI configuration, demonstrating a methodical approach to risk mitigation and maintenance in mobile development environments.
