Developed and integrated Fin Voice Call API endpoints within the intercom/Intercom-OpenAPI repository, focusing on expanding platform capabilities for voice call workflows. The work centered on backend and API development, utilizing YAML and OpenAPI Specification to define new endpoints for registering and retrieving Fin Voice calls. Detailed request and response schemas were implemented to manage call data effectively, supporting improved interoperability with external call services. The API specification and documentation were updated to reflect these enhancements, ensuring clear data governance and readiness for external integrations. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as efforts prioritized feature expansion and platform integration.
