Worked on enhancing localization for the Jellyfin project, delivering full Norwegian Bokmål translation coverage for both the jellyfin-web and jellyfin-androidtv repositories. Leveraged Weblate to manage and streamline the translation workflow, ensuring consistency across platforms and enabling faster iteration. Focused on updating and adding user interface strings, including slideshow interval labels, to improve accessibility and language clarity for Norwegian-speaking users. Utilized skills in Android development, XML, and front end development, with translation work managed in JSON and XML formats. These contributions strengthened Jellyfin’s internationalization strategy, supporting broader user adoption and laying groundwork for scalable future localization efforts.
