
During December 2025, Szescxz contributed to the persian-calendar/persian-calendar repository by implementing Chinese (Simplified Han) localization for the Persian Calendar application. Focusing on internationalization and translation, Szescxz updated the strings.xml file to support the new locale, enhancing both accessibility and usability for Chinese-speaking users. The work was managed through Weblate, achieving 86.6% translation coverage by translating 345 out of 398 UI strings. Although no bugs were recorded during this period, Szescxz’s efforts centered on translation accuracy and UI consistency.
