Developed the Reporting Data Export API for the intercom/Intercom-OpenAPI repository, delivering a customer-facing feature that enables users to enqueue export jobs, track job status, list available datasets, and download completed exports. The implementation focused on defining clear request parameters, response schemas, and robust error handling for each endpoint, ensuring alignment with existing API conventions. Leveraged YAML and OpenAPI Specification to document and structure the new endpoints, updating the API documentation to reflect these changes. This work enhanced data accessibility for clients and internal teams, supporting integration with analytics pipelines and improving the overall reporting workflow without introducing new bugs.
