Developed and delivered QA Monitor Evaluations and Scorecards within the Conversation API for the intercom/Intercom-OpenAPI repository, enabling direct access to quality assurance insights in API responses. The implementation introduced opt-in parameters to key endpoints, allowing clients to selectively include monitor evaluations and scorecards in conversation data while maintaining backward compatibility. Extended YAML-based response schemas to support these new fields, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows. Collaborated closely on both implementation and documentation, aligning changes with developer documentation updates. Focused on API development, backend development, and quality assurance, the work enhanced the API’s ability to surface actionable QA metrics for users.
