Developed the Approval Request Origin Visibility feature for the zendesk/copenhagen_theme repository, enabling users to see whether approval decisions originated from Slack or the UI within the Help Center. This work focused on reducing ambiguity in approval workflows by clearly labeling the source of each decision, thereby improving user experience and clarity. The implementation leveraged React for front end development and incorporated both JavaScript and TypeScript to ensure robust, maintainable code. Comprehensive testing was added to validate correct labeling and prevent regressions, emphasizing reliability and technical excellence in user-facing features. No bugs were fixed during this period, with efforts concentrated on new functionality.
