Worked on the CLAWS-UMICH/AURA repository to deliver room-based structured messaging over WebSockets, enabling real-time, room-scoped data exchange for collaborative XR experiences. Developed enhancements to the WebSocketClient in C#, allowing it to accept both a message and a room identifier, serialize them into JSON, and emit them to a designated event for targeted communication. Updated the OpenXR package configuration using YAML to expand hardware and input feature compatibility, supporting broader device interoperability. Focused on robust data routing and future integration potential, the work demonstrated depth in JSON serialization, WebSockets, and XR development, addressing multi-room collaboration requirements without introducing bug fixes.
